💎 AARINA JEWELLERY – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Aarina Jewellery, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to support you if something isn’t right.

💔 Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

📦 Returns & Refunds:

Because each Aarina piece is carefully quality-checked and packaged with love, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences.

However, we gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:
1. Damaged or Defective Product:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please email us at n.official1999@gmail.com with photos and order details within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified by our team, we will offer a replacement or a full refund (as per your preference).
2. Wrong Product Shipped:
If you received an incorrect item, we’ll arrange a free return pickup and ship the correct item at no extra cost.

🔄 Refund Timeline:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

🔒 Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, Earrings and personalized/customized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged in transit.
