Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

• orders placed after 5pm (IST) will be processed the next day 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We offer standard shipping across India.

• Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping is free for domestic checkouts 

• We only ship within India as of now 

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email  or a text with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Packaging & Security

• All jewellery is securely packaged in protective boxes to ensure safe delivery.

• For high-value items, we recommend opting for signature on delivery and insurance for added security.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we ship only within India 

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delays & Service Interruptions

• While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, etc.). We will keep you informed in case of any significant delays.
